Ingredients
- 2 c coconut milk
- 2 inch piece of ginger, rough chopped
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- 3 tbsp. fish sauce
- Hefty pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 tsp. turmeric
- 2 tsp. coriander
- 3 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 c or more of basil
Instructions
- Blend in food processor. Adjust basil and spices to taste.
