I was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome in 2008. Even though I was told there was nothing I could do about it, I knew there had to be a better way to manage.
With no answers from countless doctors and diagnostic tests, I took my gut health into my own hands.
I delved into the world of holistic nutrition and discovered just how much influence food had over my gut health and IBS symptoms. I soon found how to optimize my nutrition so that I could get what I had always wanted: a bloat-free belly and a pain-free life.
And now I'm here to help you do the same.
Jessica is a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in Vancouver, BC. Her services as a Nutritionist are covered under some extended medical plans.
Jessica's services in holistic nutrition integrate the interrelationship of mind, body and spirit and the importance of addressing these interactive factors which are unique to each individual.
She creates individualized health plans, which include nutrient-dense whole foods, lifestyle recommendations and meal plans in order to help bring you back to optimal health.
In her 8 years of nutrition consulting, Jessica has focused on digestive health including Irritable Bowel Syndrome but has also worked extensively with hormone health, cardiovascular health, weight loss, sports nutrition and arthritis.
