HEY THERE, new friend.

I'm Jessica — a holistic nutritionist and self-proclaimed gut health nerd who believes good health starts in the gut.

I used to be exactly where you are today.

Yup, that's my belly in that photo. Long before the time of top-notch iPhone cameras, might I add. I suffered terribly from IBS for years. This photo was my lowest point: I had no confidence, my relationships were suffering and I feared going out in case I might flare.

With no answers from countless doctors and diagnostic tests, I took my gut health into my own hands.

From there, I delved into the world of holistic health and discovered just how much influence food had over my gut health and IBS symptoms. I soon found how to use food to get what I had always wanted: a bloat-free belly and a pain-free life.

And now I'm here to help you do the same.
