I help women with chronic abdominal distension understand what's actually driving that full, heavy, never-quite-empty feeling — and build a nutritional approach that supports real, lasting comfort. Even after fibre, probiotics, and elimination diets haven’t worked.

the thing is
This isn't just occasional bloating. It's the kind that takes over your whole day.
Your stomach feels distended most days — sometimes from the moment you wake up, sometimes building slowly as the day goes on. You’ve tried drinking more water, eating more fibre, cutting foods out… but nothing seems to make the bloating fully go away. And even when tests come back “normal,” you still know something about your digestion isn’t working the way it should.
"I am feeling really healthy, energetic and strong. I am much less bloated and am incredibly happy with my results."
“Ginny encouraged me to finally go out on my own and start my own business. I don't regret it for a second!

about the ibs girl
I'm a holistic nutritionist who focuses on chronic bloating and irregular digestion.
Like many of the women I work with, I spent a long time trying to figure out why I was just so. bloated. all the time.
I was given elimination diet after elimination diet — each one promising that removing the “right” foods would fix the problem.
Instead, I found myself becoming more afraid of food, and I learned nothing about why I would get so bloated.
That experience led me down a much deeper rabbit hole.
I started studying the microbiome, gut motility, and the gut–brain axis — and began to see that persistent bloating often follows patterns that have very little to do with a single food intolerance.
Today, I help women untangle those patterns and support their digestion in a way that is structured, evidence-informed, and far less restrictive.
