I'm a holistic nutritionist who focuses on chronic bloating and irregular digestion.

Like many of the women I work with, I spent a long time trying to figure out why I was just so. bloated. all the time.

I was given elimination diet after elimination diet — each one promising that removing the “right” foods would fix the problem.

Instead, I found myself becoming more afraid of food, and I learned nothing about why I would get so bloated.

That experience led me down a much deeper rabbit hole.

I started studying the microbiome, gut motility, and the gut–brain axis — and began to see that persistent bloating often follows patterns that have very little to do with a single food intolerance.

Today, I help women untangle those patterns and support their digestion in a way that is structured, evidence-informed, and far less restrictive.
