For years, I struggled with the same symptoms many of my clients experience: constant bloating, uncomfortable digestion, and the feeling that no matter what I tried, nothing truly fixed the problem.
I followed the advice most people are given — drink more water, eat more fibre, take probiotics, cut out foods that might be causing issues. But even when I did everything “right,” my digestion still felt slow, uncomfortable, and unpredictable.
That experience is what led me to study digestion more deeply and eventually become a holistic nutritionist focused on IBS-C and chronic bloating.
