I’m a holistic nutritionist who helps women with bloating and constipation make sense of their symptoms — without restrictive diets, guesswork, or overwhelm.
My approach is structured, evidence-informed, and designed for real life. That means no one-size-fits-all food rules, no shame, and no pressure to “fix” your body. Instead, we focus on understanding patterns, making intentional adjustments, and building clarity you can actually trust.
This work is personal. I spent years dealing with daily bloating and irregular digestion while being dismissed or given generic advice. So I did what many determined (and neurodivergent) people do — I learned how to connect the dots. Now I help other women do the same, with clarity instead of confusion.
