We start with a 75-minute comprehensive virtual session where we review your symptoms, health history, and current eating patterns, and outline personalized recommendations and next steps.

follow up sessions

After booking, you will receive an intake form and instructions on keeping a 3-day food and symptom journal. Please return this to me at least 24 hours before your first session.
